The natural timber balustrade and external cladding are to response the natural park next to the site. The project included total 33 Units of freehold dwellings with mixed of the duplex and detached unit.

The design keep the raw concrete floor and concrete soffit to maintain the monolithic theme. The use of natural timber cladding for the counter to warm up the space.
Kilcoy is a small townhouse located in the 100km north of Brisbane. With a very small budget brief, this scheme was taking this opportunity to insert new architectural design townhouses and yet still achieve a financial return for the owner. The project involved 6 unit townhouses on a narrow sliver of land. The project wishes to creates an excitement, active human place from what was previously disused and neglected.
The design scheme keep traditional building form with surrounding building but kept the balcony roof stand out proud and cover with timber batten for privacy
Boon Architecture has been approached to design a pop-up Fruits and Veggie Kiosk as concept store for the new franchise. The aim of the project is to design a flexible shelving system with a neutral colour scheme to promote the vibrant natural colour from fruits and vegetables.
The kiosk is contained two part of the shelving system. The fixed shelving with plywood boxes and a movable pod with shelf on casters. The pod was built with curved plywood panel to respond the organic form of Fruits.
